   First question would be did you buy the house with those appliances? If you did….obviously it didn’t bother you. If you bought one or more of the appliances….again it didn’t bother you. One thing I have never been able to understand is: you are selling your house….why is it that a crummy 200 – 300 appliance will make or break a 500,000 deal? I don’t think it would sway me. I’m buying a house and chances are, I’ll replace the appliances.
